A real partnership — not a transaction
We’re taking on a small number of founding clients because we’d rather go deep with a few partners than wide with many. We get real-world proof that what we build holds up in a regulated environment; you get the work, at no cost, on a process that actually matters to your team.
In return, we ask for the things any good early partnership is built on: your candid feedback as we build, and your okay to mention that we work together (your name or logo as a client). And if you’re happy with the result, we’d love a short testimonial. That part is entirely up to you and your organization’s policies. Some clients are glad to, others can’t, and that’s completely fine. Nothing is required up front, and we’ll never publish anything you haven’t approved.
That’s the whole exchange. No fee, no long contract — we’re trading the work for the proof.

Is it really free?
Yes. There is no fee and no long contract. We build a working agent on one real process (or a custom training session for your team) at no cost. In return we ask for the things any good early partnership is built on (see below); the substance of that is something we shape together, around what your organization is comfortable with.
What do you ask for in return?

We build inside your guardrails: your data-handling rules, your access controls, your regulatory reality. We have twenty years of regulated-enterprise experience behind us, and we expect to work within your compliance posture from day one, not around it.
How much of our time will this take?
Less than a paid engagement, but it isn’t zero. We need one stakeholder who can give us a few hours over the build, to scope the process, answer questions, and review the result. The clearer the process, the faster we move.
What happens after the build?
You keep what we built. If it’s delivering value and there’s more you want to do, we’ll talk about what a paid engagement looks like, with no obligation. The founding build stands on its own.
